Rule 15
Wood firewood can be given free of charge for religious work
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, except for decision-making work subject to the annual amount determined by the work plan, if there is demand for wood firewood for the sake of traditional religious work, as determined by the Government of Nepal, the authorized officer shall provide firewood free of charge. Price can be distributed.
